Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute authority over your email box accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can create a new e-mailbox account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect electronic mails from one mail account to another, configure e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your e-mailboxes against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mailbox accounts against junk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome e-mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mail messages on the basis of certain criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your email accounts and define the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Just choose the mail account you want to redirect electronic mails from, then select the destination email mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
